Cauliflower and Peas
Ingredients
- 225g Cauliflower cut into pieces
- 225g Peas
- 1 large chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Tumeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 50g Ghee, Butter or Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Fry onion and ginger in fat or ghee to a light brown colour.
- Add all dry ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower and peas and stir well.
- Cook on a very low heat in a covered pan until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve it hot with main meals.
