Cauliflower and Peas

Method

  1. Fry onion and ginger in fat or ghee to a light brown colour.
  2. Add all dry ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower and peas and stir well.
  4. Cook on a very low heat in a covered pan until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve it hot with main meals.
